When I design I like to think outside of the box and come up with inventive solutions for existing problems.
View ProjectsI follow the Design Thinking approach used for practical and creative problem-solving, which has a user-centric approach and seeks to understand the users' needs and wishes to be able to come up with effective solutions to meet these needs. The five steps of the process are:
I perform user research, both desk and field research, qualitative and quantitative. Then I create personas and user flows.
I carry out competitor analysis and finally, define the problem statement.
I create solutions to the problems uncovered by research.
I design wireframes, prototypes and pixel perfect UI.
I check how effective the designs are by carrying out continuous testing, such as A/B testing and usability testing.
Validating the designs is a great way to solve problems before they reach a product development team.
